Gugulethu Sophia Mbatha also known as Gugu Mbatha-Raw, is one of the famous British stage and film actress who gained popularity because she was a part of"Doctor Who" (a British science-fiction TV show) series aired on the BBC channel. Gugu was famous for her character Tish Jones in the BBC series. The character was daughter of the main character who was named Martha Jones. People loved her joyous spontaneity and there was there was no turning back for Gugu after a successful career as an actor! Gugu has also appeared in several other British television and stage shows to this point. Critics are raving about her brilliant role in the British period-drama 'Belle,' (2013) and in the love drama "Beyond the lights", (2014). Even in American productions, she's appeared on TV series like "Undercover" as well as "Touch" and "Touch," as well as the Tom Hanks comedy film Larry Crowne. Gugu Mbatha Raw played the lead role in the stage play "Nell Gwynn" by Jessica Swale as an actress and also as the mistress to King Charles II. They praised her acting, which led to her being a nominee for a prestigious award for best actress. For the great honour of her services to drama, Gugu was appointed as a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) by Queen Elizabeth II.
Chelsea Joy Handler was conceived on the 25th of February, 1975 and was born in Livingston New Jersey. Her family comprised six family members including Chelsea Joy Handler being the youngest. Handler grew up in a family with six kids. Her mother was employed at home and her father sold cars used by other people. Her mother emigrated from Germany to the United States as a young woman in 1958. She was diagnosed with breast cancer in the year 1989. She died after battling cancer for ten years. Handler was raised in an Reform Judaism family. Her father was Jewish. Handler was born in an area that was nice, and she had a very pleasant childhood. When she was 19 and relocated into Los Angeles to pursue her acting profession. Handler started performing in order to make money. When she turned aged 21, Handler decided to pursue the stand-up comic profession full-time, as she was able to discover her storytelling talents. At the beginning of her career Handler began her stand-up profession as part of the Oxygen network's all-female cast of a hidden camera/practical joke reality show on TV called Girls Behaving Badly. From 2002 to 2005, the show was aired. The host began to appear on various other programs such as Weekends at D.L., The Bernie Mac Show, The Practice and My Wife and Kids. Handler appeared on The Tonight Show for a time as a reporter. Handler got her big break in 2006 when she began host her own program on E! The show was named the Chelsea Handler Series. The Chelsea Handler show ran for two years. In the following year, Handler performed on the Comedy Central's Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour in the United States. VH1, Comedy Central Premium Blend (and HBO) have broadcast her live stand-ups. In 2010, she announced that she would host at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards. It was only the second woman ever to host the VMAs, after Roseanne Bar.
